Στις μάχες των play-off μπαίνουν ΠΑΟΚ, Προμηθέας, ΑΕΚ και Περιστέρι, με τις αναμετρήσεις να διεξάγονται σε Πυλαία και Περιστέρι.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα και στο πρώτο χρονικά παιχνίδι ο ΠΑΟΚ υποδέχεται τον Προμηθέα με τις δυο ομάδες να θέλουν να κάνουν το 1-0 στη μεταξύ τους σειρά.
Το ίδιο θέλουν να κάνουν και το Περιστέρι με την ΑΕΚ που έρχονται αντιμέτωποι στο κλειστό «Α. Παπανδρέου» θέλοντας να ξεκινήσουν με νίκη στα play-off.
Όλοι οι αγώνες θα μεταδοθούν τηλεοπτικά από την ΕΡΤ 3.
