Ο ΠΑΟΚ συμφώνησε με τον Χρήστο Σαλούστρο, που θα υπογράψει συμβόλαιο ενός χρόνου με την ομάδα της Θεσσαλονίκης και θα επιστρέψει μετά από επτά χρόνια.
Ο 32χρονος φόργουορντ αγωνίστηκε στον ΠΑΟΚ για μια διετία (2013-15), ενώ τα επόμενα χρόνια αγωνίστηκε σε Κολοσσό Ρόδου, Προμηθέα και Περιστέρι.
Ο Σαλούστρος είχε πέρσι με την ομάδα των δυτικών προαστίων κατά μέσο όρο, 5.1 πόντους και 3.4 ριμπάουντ.
