Ο 'Α Όμιλος αποτελείται από τις Χάποελ Γκαλίλ Ελιόν (Ισραήλ), Μπαλκάν (Βουλγαρία), Κουμάνοβο (Σκόπια), Ναβίκο Ακαντέμια FMP (Σκόπια), Πέτζα (Κόσοβο).
Ο Β' Όμιλος αποτελείται από τις Ιρόνι Ναχαρίγια (Ισραήλ), Ακαντέμικ Πλοβντίβ (Βουλγαρία), Σκόπια (Σκόπια), Μπερόε (Βουλγαρία), Πρίστινα (Κόσοβο).
Στην δεύτερη φάση έχει προκριθεί ήδη η περσινή κάτοχος Χάποελ Χολόν, ενώ ενδέχεται να ενταχθούν και άλλες ομάδες μέχρι την έναρξη των αγώνων,
