Ο Ερυθρός Αστέρας υποχρέωσε τον Παναθηναϊκό στην πιο βαριά ήττα του στην ιστορία του στη Euroleague και μετά τη λήξη του αγώνα ο προπονητής της ομάδας του Βελιγραδίου δεν έκρυψε την ικανοποίησή του.
Συγκεκριμένα, ο Ράντονιτς δήλωσε: «Πήραμε μια σημαντική νίκη μετά τα τελευταία παιχνίδια. Το πιο σημαντικό είναι το πώς παίξαμε. Ήταν πολύ καλό το παιχνίδι μας και στην άμυνα και στην επίθεση. Πρέπει να σκεφτούμε αμέσως το επόμενο ματς».
