Σε ηλικία 75 ετών έφυγε από τη ζωή ο Νταμίρ Σόλμαν, πάλαι ποτέ αστέρας του Γιουγκοσλαβικού μπάσκετ.
Ο Σόλμαν γεννήθηκε το 1964 και αναδείχθηκε πρώτος σκόρερ όλων των εποχών της ΚΚ Σπλίτ.
Τέλος, ως μέλος της θρυλικής Γιουγκοπλάστικα κατέκτησε το Κύπελλο Κόρατς το 1976 και το 1977.
