Σύμφωνα με το tweet του Ζακ Χάνκινς, ο 24χρονος Αμερικανός σέντερ που είχε αποκτηθεί για να αντικαταστήσει τον Ζακ Όγκαστ ανακοίνωσε την Παρασκευή (21/8) πως θα αποχωρήσει από την τουρκική ομάδα για προσωπικούς λόγους, επικαλούμενος απρόβλεπτους παράγοντες.
Η Γαλατάσαραι ανακοίνωσε χαρακτηριστικά ότι: "Ο αθλητής αντιμετωπίζει προβλήματα υγείας που θα επηρεάσει την παρουσία του στην προετοιμασία για την επερχόμενη σεζόν".
