Ολυμπιακός και Ιωνικός πήραν τα δύο τελευταία εισιτήρια για τα προημιτελικά του Κυπέλλου Ανδρών, συμπληρώνοντας την οκτάδα του θεσμού.
Παράλληλα έγιναν γνωστά και τα ζευγάρια της επόμενης φάσης της διοργάνωσης. Να σημειωθεί πως οι αγώνες των προημιτελικών θα διεξαχθούν στις 16/2/2022.
