Μετά την ανακοίνωση των τεσσάρων θετικών κρουσμάτων κορονοϊού και την αναβολή των αγώνων του Ολυμπιακού, οι προπονήσεις των ερυθρόλευκων στο ΣΕΦ ακυρώθηκαν.
Μετά την απόφαση της Euroleague να μην πραγματοποιηθούν οι αναμετρήσεις του Ολυμπιακού με Μπαρτσελόνα και Βιλερμπάν, οι ερυθρόλευκοι ακύρωσαν και τις προπονήσεις στο ΣΕΦ, ενώ σύμφωνα με το υγειονομικό πρωτόκολλο όλη η ομάδα τέθηκε σε καραντίνα.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι ο Ολυμπιακός έχει ανακοινώσει 4 κρούσματα κορονοϊού, τα οποία αφορούν παίκτες της ομάδας του Πειραιά.
