Η επάνεναρξη του πρωταθλήματος της Α1 Γυναικών είχε προγραμματιστεί για την Κυριακή 7 Μαρτίου, ωστόσο ύστερα από απόφαση της Πολιτείας αναβλήθηκε.
Η έξαρση της πανδημίας του κορονοϊού υποχρέωσε την Πολιτεία να λάβει νέα μέτρα, τα οποία επηρεάζουν και τις μπασκετικές δραστηριότηες.
Το συγκεκριμένο μέτρο θα ισχύσει τουλάχιστον για τις επόμενες δύο εβδομάδες.
