Ο Αμερικανός σέντερ της Μπαρτσελόνα, Γκρανβίλ Γουέιτερς απεβίωσε σε ηλικία 60 ετών.
Ο Γουέιτερς αγωνίστηκε στην Ισπανία με τις φανέλες των Μπαρτσελόνα και Μπιλμπάο, ενώ έπαιξε στο NBA με τους Πέισερς, Ρόκετς και Μπουλς.
Τον θυμόμαστε στην Ελλάδα, κυρίως από τις μάχες της Μπαρτσελόνα με τον Άρη στο Κύπελλο Πρωταθλητριών τη σεζόν 1988-1989.
