Ο Αθλητικός Δικαστής απέρριψε ως εκπρόθεσμη την ένσταση του Κολοσσού για το ματς με τον ΠΑΟΚ.
Στις 19 Δεκεμβρίου ο Κολοσσός είχε καταθέσει ένσταση στον Αθλητικό Δικαστή του ΕΣΑΚΕ, μετά την ήττα από τον ΠΑΟΚ (85-84) και ζητούσε να επαναληφθούν τα τελευταία 6.1 δευτερόλεπτα του αγώνα.
Κάτι τέτοιο δεν πρόκειται να γίνει, καθώς η εν λόγω ένσταση της ομάδας της Ρόδου απορρίφθηκε και έτσι η νίκη του ΠΑΟΚ κατοχυρώθηκε και επίσημα.
